Harbour Lodge is a luxurious property complete with hot tub and cinema room in popular Sandbanks just a couple of minutes walk from the sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants. Stunning design both with the building and the interior ensures it fits in this millionaire's playground with open-plan living and glass-clad terraces with views to the sandy beach. With four en-suite bedrooms, two kingsize, two with garden access and two with balcony access gone are the days of squabbling about who gets what room. When it comes to entertainment then head down to the full HD cinema room or relax in the contemporary city sky garden complete with hot tub. For trips out you have a great choice of sandy beach both on your doorstep (Blue Flag award) as well is in Poole and Bournemouth or take the ferry and investigate the Isle of Purbeck and the World Heritage Coast. There are also many choices of where to eat out including the new Rick Stein restaurant which has just opened in Sandbanks.

The accommodation at Harbour Lodge comprises of an open plan living and kitchen/dining area on the first floor with granite work tops including the island unit and Miele appliances, breakfast bar with seating for three, electric fan assisted oven, steam oven, five hob induction cooker, microwave, larder fridge and larder freezer. There is a built in coffee machine and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. The dining room is also on the first floor and has balcony access with table and chairs for eight.

The master bedroom is located on the lower ground floor with a king size bed, walk in dressing room with chest of drawers, access to the garden and an en-suite bathroom with Duravit deep long bath, rain shower over bath, designer wash basinĀ and toilet. Bedroom two is also on the lower ground floor with access to the garden, a double bed, two free standing wardrobes, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. Up to the ground floor for bedroom three, a king size double with balcony access and sea views, free standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite bathroom with bath, walk in double rain shower, double wash basin and toilet. Bedroom four is on the ground floor with access to the balcony and has been arranged as a twin with free standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and toilet.

Outside is a contemporary garden with lawned area complete with furniture as well as a hot tub. There is space on the driveway for two cars with a further two cars in the double garage. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Sandbanks

At just 1 km², Sandbanks is most famous for the high property prices, the fourth most expensive area to live on the planet. Although small it is well worth a visit if staying in the area, or better still if you have managed to rent a home on the peninsula.

Beaches

Sandbanks beach is one of the best in the area with fine golden sand and has held a European Blue Flag for over 20 years. It gradually slopes into the water making it ideal for younger children and there are lifeguards on duty from May until September.

Events

Now here is something you don't see every day or pretty much never. The British Beach Polo Champioships is an annual event in July held on Sandbanks beach. During the event there is also the Oakley Professional Beach Volleyball, 4 x 4/Polo Pony Charity Race and the famous Sandpolo Beach Parties.

Activities and Attractions

Just behind the beach front lies both a crazy golf and mini folf course. During the summer months a min road train will take you up and down the promenade. As you would expect being a peninsular there are many water based activities available including inflatable fun in the form of Ringos and Broncos, kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards and lots more. Tuition in many watersports is also available as are tours of the area in both kayaks and on paddle boards.

Eating Out

Even though Sandbanks is a small area there are many choices of where to eat out. Highlights include the Harbour Heights Hotel, Haven Hotel, The Sandbanks Brasserie, The Jazz Cafe and The Beach Cafe. Althought it is an expensive area there is lots of choice that will cover pretty much all budgest.
